BY ACCESSING OR USING MYPICNOW'S SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MyPicNow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age in your country. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

2. Services Offered

MyPicNow provides AI-based model and photo generation, video generation, and content customization services. By using these features, you agree to use them responsibly and ethically as outlined in Section 5.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription options. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges, and you'll retain access to your plan until the billing cycle ends.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the high computational costs of AI model generation, refunds are not offered once a subscription is activated. Exceptions might be made if no AI model and credits has been used.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel renewal anytime through your account-settings.

4. Content Ownership and Prohibited Activities

Content Ownership:

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. However:

  • Start Plan content is for personal use only.
  • Pro and Premium Plan content may be used commercially.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Generating or distributing harmful, explicit, or illegal content.
  • Impersonating others or misusing AI tools for harm.
  • Creating NSFW content or violating another person's privacy or rights.
  • Using MyPicNow's services to deceive or defraud others.
  • No political campaigning.
  • It's strictly prohibited to create or upload content featuring minors.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms. Termination does not absolve you from payment obligations for the current billing cycle.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Spain.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Spain, except for small claims that may be pursued in local courts.
